Home Health Rehab provide high quality physiotherapy, occupational therapy and exercise physiology services to people in their own home and retirement villages across the City of Greater Geelong, Surf Coast Shire, Bellarine Peninsula and Western Metropolitan Melbourne. We also provide services to areas of Colac Otway, City of Ballarat and Golden Plains Shires.
