Do I Need a Referral?

 

No, as physiotherapist and occupational therapist are primary practitioners, we can see clients without a referral.

However, for patients who are part of compensable programs; DVA, Chronic Disease Management / EPC, hospital programs or wish to be funded through their Support at Home package, we require a doctor/hospital referral or referral from your case manager/care advisor prior to commencing your home care.
