No. Home Health Rehab do not change any extra for travel. This is included in our fees.

Initial physiotherapy assessments are 60 minutes in duration and 30 minutes for subsequent sessions. Initial OT assessments will vary between 1-1.5 hours depending on the complexity of the clients equipment needs.

Home Health Rehab therapists will be provide all required equipment. To assist in your treatment, we may recommend you purchase some extra equipment. Please allow a clean space for our therapists to properly assess and treat you.

No, as physiotherapistsand occupational therapists are primary practitioners, we can see clients without a referral. However, for patients who are part of compensable programs; DVA, Chronic Disease Management / EPC, hospital programs or wish to be funded through their Support at Home / STRC, we require a doctor/hospital referral or referral from your case manager/care advisor prior to commencing your home care.

At Home Health Rehab we aim to see patients within 3-5 days business days. For urgent matters we will see you earlier or same day (subject to availability).
